A huge variety of condos exist in Ocean City, varying hugely in price and style. If a timeshare is something you'd be interested in, opportunities start for as low as $29,900 for units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms around 1,000 square feet in size. The lowest-priced condos start at around $100,000 and feature 1 bed and 1 bath on around 450 square feet. In the more middle range there are units available around $200,000-$300,000 with 1 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, and square footage from 500 to 1,200 square feet. Price will vary hugely based on proximity to the water, with water adjacent properties demanding the highest prices. At the highest end are some amazingly luxurious condos right on the water that have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with square footage of 2,000 feet or more.
