Bayview Grand is a special property, and I don’t say that lightly. Some locals believe the developers wanted to ride the branding wave of the much larger Gateway Grand, but Bayview Grand is very much its own thing.

Developed by long-time locals (Jack and Todd Burbage) this is an eight-unit bayfront building, and that scale alone sets it apart. It offers privacy you just don’t get in larger communities. The floorplans are generous, the views are excellent, and the overall feel is quiet and refined.

It’s also one of the newest and nicest bayfront properties in downtown Ocean City. You get parking, a pool, and big open layouts, all without the density that often comes with bayfront living downtown.

If I had to point out a downside, and there really aren’t many, it’s the lack of boat slips. If boating is central to your lifestyle, that’s something to weigh. Otherwise, this building checks almost every box… and it’s impressive!

Bayview Grand is ideal for buyers who want bayfront living without compromise, and without crowds. It’s a rare find.
