Yes the 01-stack in this building might just be one of the best oceanfront unit stacks in town! They’re 900sq foot oceanfront 1-bedroom condos that take advantage of the unique building setbacks that impact the buildings to its south, offering unobstructed views of downtown Ocean City that you can’t find anywhere else.

Here’s the thing people who really know Summer Beach will tell you. It’s downtown, but it doesn’t ‘feel’ like it. The building sits on a quieter street, which is rare for this part of town. And you’re close to everything, but you’re not dealing with constant noise or chaos.

There’s a great surf break right out front. You’re within easy walking distance of some of Ocean City’s most followed restaurants, surf shops, amusement parks, and Boardwalk attractions. And yet, when you’re inside the building or on your balcony, it feels ‘removed’ in the best way.
