The Quay, pronounced “Key,” sits just south of Golden Sands and is often misunderstood because of its orientation. While it is an oceanfront building, it was built lengthwise east-to-west, which places most residences on the north and south sides of the structure.

What that means in practice is that many units enjoy excellent ocean views without being directly oceanfront, while only a small number of residences sit directly on the ocean (the 07 and 08 stacks). It’s an unconventional layout, but it works, and it’s affordable.

Quay is a no-frills oceanfront high-rise. There’s a small outdoor pool, easy beach access, and a well-managed association. That’s the appeal. It offers affordable two-bedroom oceanfront ownership with strong views, without asking buyers to pay for amenities they may not use.
