Casa Del Sol has such a great history. Yes, it’s one of those properties people tend to miss until someone like me points it out.

These are affectionately known as the tall-and-skinny townhomes lining the bayside of 94th Street. They offer fantastic bay views, deeded boat slips, parking, and access to everything that makes 94th Street such a desirable stretch of Ocean City (parks, Art Leage, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops etc.).

When you can find one of these for sale, Casa Del Sol represents some of the best value in three-bedroom bayfront properties with boat slips. That combination alone puts it in a very small category.
