Also, make sure you refer back to your HOA by-laws and rules/regulations to make sure the upgrades you're planning on are allowed. Many HOA require a certain style to keep the building uniform. When in doubt, just ask your HOA president!

One of our favorite types of bunk beds are what we like to call pyramid" bunk bed sets. This includes a double bed on the bottom with a twin on the top. Often times, bunk beds are usually reserved for children, but pyramid bunk bed sets make it so Mom & Dad can sleep in the room too!
