Ms B Haven is a small, well-kept building on the north side of the oceanblock on 143rd Street, and for reasons I can’t fully explain, it’s always been a favorite of mine. Silver Sun and Le Lisa condo buildings are nearby, and DeVito’s sub shop is just around the corner (IYKYK).

The building exclusively houses one-bedroom residences, which makes it very approachable and easy to own. Higher-floor units offer genuinely nice ocean views, and the overall vibe here is calm and comfortable.

I’ve sold a number of condos in Ms B Haven over the years, and my clients consistently love them. It’s one of those buildings where expectations are usually met or exceeded, which isn’t always easy to find.
