Did you know: The building was originally owned and developed by Dr. Berger, who also owned the immediately adjacent hotel, now known as the Ashore Hotel. Dr. Berger never sold more than half of the residences in Marigot Beach. He retained ownership of the rest to use as overflow hotel inventory and to maintain control of the association.
