Harbor Sails is one of the most overlooked bayfront buildings in Ocean City, and that’s part of why I like it. It’s simple, well maintained, and delivers where it counts.

This is very much a “sunset and unwind” type of place. People are often surprised by the bay views and the southern exposure, which really enhances the light and atmosphere throughout the day.

Yes, it’s a slightly longer walk to the beach than some properties. But here’s the honest tradeoff. Most owners decide the views, parking, and quieter bayfront setting are worth it. The building checks a lot of practical boxes, and it does so without complication. For example, your selection of floorplans in this building include a 1BR option, and…… That’s it.

If you’re looking for a calm bayfront experience that doesn’t try to be something it’s not, Harbor Sails deserves a second look.

This building can be summarized in just two words… “Bay Views!”
