Travel Time Save the unnecessary time commuting back and forth to the beach to assist your clients. I can do the work for you! Travel time can take up several hours that could be spent showing more property and learning the different areas of the town. I have the time, and already know the ins-and-outs of our neighborhoods and subdivisions, and I’m happy to do it!

Local Expertise While we do call the Delmarva Peninsula “Slower Lower” because of our laidback lifestyle, there are a lot of unseen’s and unexpected’s that come with owning real property here. It is important your Client works with someone who knows the nooks-and-crannies of our contracts, required addendums, and other facets that link everything together. Things such as our HOA Rules and Regulations, financeability in certain buildings, taxes and fees associated with purchasing here, understanding the billing for water and sewer, issues that arise with insurance, knowing what areas are prone to severe flooding, resale-ability in certain buildings, rental potential (for investment properties), and of course, knowing local lenders, contractors, and home inspectors.

I will carefully listen to what they’re looking for in their beach home, and use that information, along with my knowledge of the area, to find them exactly what they’re looking for.
